Well you might have noticed I have gone a bit quiet on this site. Between job commitments, selling/moving house and a child’s wedding, I have been a little side tracked!
With spring here (wet though it is) and the thought of that pool side bikini looming ever closer, our thoughts usually turn to that diet we should have been on for the last month or so. With the Kleenmaid Steam Oven in your kitchen, you can definitely drop some KG’s by simply steaming everything you eat, (just leave out the cheesecake)!!
Try fish parcels, with a little white fish of your choice, wrapped in foil, with some white wine poured over, chop some chillis, some coriander and slice some limes or lemons and add them to the parcels. Sit in fridge to marinate for at least an hour then steam lightly for around 10-15 minutes depending on the size of each piece of fish. Serve with some fresh salad and voila, Jenny Craig eat your heart out! So tasty and so good for you.
For dessert try poaching some pears in red wine and a little sugar or honey. Serve with vanilla yoghurt. YUM.
